You’re On-line to make a million. OK you’ve got customer orders
-
So you get on the phone to place an order to the manufacturer /
vendor.
Sorry, but they're out of the styles, colors & size, as they
can't always
keep inventory in their warehouses for you.
Yes, you have to stock Merchandise. Remember you cannot sell out
of an
empty cart. Never was that more true than on the Internet.
1) Keep it simple in the beginning,- the customer is buying
product,
not technology.
2) Select your Lines and items that appeal to you, (On-line
Store), your
site reflects your unique personality. Diversify
apparel, don’t be afraid
to be different than other sites showing the
same styles over & over again.
3) Make sure your site is easy to use, to navigate back &
forth, and that the
customers get a good description and views, making
your site Customer-
Friendly.
4) Back to your Stockroom. Start with 1,2,or 3 of each
style, color, & sizes
that you want to show.
5) Your vendor / manufacturer is not going to Drop Ship goods
to you sale by sale.
